It looks like you updated Joomla from 2.5 to 3.x and have problem with language files.
You should remove language files of the plugin from folders /languages and /administrator/languages.

In the past we did upgrade, long time ago :)
I've checked the directories, there are no language files.
The plug in isn't working right ok. It's also not possible to delete it via Joomla. Maybe there is a way to completely remove mavic (files and database) so I can re-install it.

It's working great on my other Joomla sites :)

You can uninstall the plugin in extension manager of Joomla.
The plugin is installed as package (because it includes plugin and library).

What does mean "It's also not possible to delete it via Joomla."?

That's exactly what I did. But when I re-install, the same problem occurs. So I think something isn't removed completely ....

I've received another message about problem with translation, but I don't understand yet what is reason of the problem. I can't reproduce the problem on my server.

I think, that when we delete all files and database items and after that re-install it, it will work fine.
On other Joomla sites, your plugin works very good, only on one (older and updated) site it's behaving this way.
